He has successfully assisted his clients – entrepreneurs, business and nonprofit executives and managers, diverse professionals and others – to achieve higher levels of personal and work performance.

Dr. Pellegrini grew up in Philadelphia, PA. His father was an engineer and entrepreneur who successfully navigated the challenges of being a professional manager of another family’s second-generation business. Subsequently, he led a team of partners in acquiring and running this closely held company. Dr. Pellegrini completed his undergraduate education at Tufts University, where he graduated summa cum laude in 1974 and was elected to the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. He earned his doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the University of Minnesota in 1980, and completed a clinical internship at the Harvard University School of Medicine.
